Final Fantasy XI
Ok..So I just got FFXI in the mail today..with the PS2 HDD..two hours later and I'm still installing stuff to make it work..but that's ok...Because I didn't pay for it. About three weeks ago, I signed up to be a beta tester for the game. A week later I got an email saying that I was accepted and would be recieving the game via UPS WITH a hard drive (40GB)..I was quite happy to hear that. The "bad news", according to the beta test materials is that I have to return the drive..The "good news" is on the next line that says they will send me a new one when they recieve the beta drive :) In 27 minutes, according to the install program, I can be one of the first to play the new game..and use the PS2 HDD. I finally get to use the network adapter too..Oh, and if you get the game in the future..get a USB keyboard. There's lots of info to fill out.
