The Fan's are getting restless

I guess some of you out there think I need to update my blog..to prove that I am indeed still among the living. :)

Last weekend was Homecoming at Clemson. So naturally I went back to my Alma Mater and ate some pig and watched some football. I even got to take part in my annual tradition of flipping the pig. It was a great weekend all around..I got to see lots of friends I don't get to see too often. Unfortunately less and less people seem to show up year after year. I'd love to see some people from my class..well..the class I should have graduated with :)

Friday night we went to Tigerama which was, as always, kinda boring. The best part was the band. No PSA in Tigerama..can you believe it? I went to the game on Saturday afternoon with my Mount Pleasant pal and my Columbian friends. I think this is one of the first Homecoming games I've actually been to in quite a few years. It was my first time climbing to the upper deck. That's quite a hike. There is an awesome view up at the top of Death Valley..well worth the journey.

I bought a new camera to take to Clemson this year. I decided I didn't want to lug around my old camera..which is still a cool camera. I bought a Sony DSC-W1. It is a very cool little camera that fits nicely in my pocket. The screen is huge for such a small camera. It's actually the same size as the screen on my old camera. Compared to the old one, it definitely lacks in the zoom department (although you can buy a telescopic lense for it), but the quality of photos and the speed that it takes them is much better. It's ready to take a picture about two seconds after turning it on. My old one takes about 10. I plan to take the new camera with me to the Aquarium on Sundays and snap some pics. Maybe those..as well as the pics I took at Clemson will show up on the web site if I can find some space. I need to remove some older photos I suppose.

I'm trying to get a bit more aggressive with preventing spam on my blog. Comments are only allowed on my most recent post..and only until it gets spammed..
