It's New?!?!?

Wow..for the first time in what seems like eons, Lost is new. Which means I don't have that extra hour to write my entry for the day. Which is unfortunate.cause I might come up with something to say in that hour. lol.

Work was good today I assume. Mostly because I knew that I didn't have to do trim tomorrow. I'm working on closet shelving (yes I do this a lot). Just today we (since I'm not as reliable these days I got a helper) got to the part that I'm not a big fan of. Nosing. Which requires sanding. Because I do all of the closet shelving, I generally have to do all of the sanding as well..which is horrible for the sinuses. Hopefully while I am spending some quality time with a laser tomorrow, they can get a good bit of it done. Although I'm sure I'll still get my fair share in on Friday.

My IRA is finally all taken care of. Which means I can safely file my taxes. Which means I can buy tools soon. I think that I am going to head to Lowes tomorrow after lasing and check out their current prices (not that I don't already know what everything costs). I need to decide if I want to buy the tools in the store or on Amazon's website. Amazon tends to have some good deals on some of the items I want (and usually free super saving shipping). Lowes rarely has deals. Unless you happen to walk in the store at the right moment. Ten percent off all power tools tomorrow would be cool.

Dang. I just went to Amazon to look for something. I have NEVER ordered anything from them. (well maybe once or so in college-but that was a different computer, different ISP). They know my name. They also apparently think I like Mandy Moore and AC/DC. I'll admit that I was looking for a track listing for an AC/DC cd last week. Mandy Moore though. That proves [to me] that there new technology doesn't work so well for everyone. They don't know who is using the computer (I assume my sister was looking up Moore), or why they are using amazon's site. I generally use it for data collecting purposes.

It looks like I'd save over $50 plus get a free blade if I ordered my saw online. Interesting.
