Birthday Bananza
This week is a crazy week for birthdays. My sisters was Sunday, then Sheena Thursday, Nana Friday, and today is Susan's. So finishing off the week the way I started it, Happy Birthday Susan!!
I worked trim this Saturday before Easter (which is kind of weird because we only worked a half day yesterday), I set up my IRA yesterday, so now I'm broke and want the money. Once I do my taxes (waiting for the IRA stuff to clear) I'll get a little bit of money back to spend on tools. I plan to buy the miter saw, brad nailer & compressor kit, and probably a 2 1/2 inch nail gun. That way some of the projects for the house can actually get off the ground.
I'll still want an orbital sander and a table saw, both of which will likely be needed for the upcoming projects. Table saws are a bit too much for now though. Lowes needs to run a no interest for a year deal on tools.
Ok, well, it's Saturday night and I should be going out and partying in my new easter bunny suit. Don't you wish you could see that.

From the looks of your tool want list, I would have to guess that your new employer is providing some sort of medical coverage! With or without it, there's an unique sense of accomplishment when you a complete a project without having to borrow someone elses tools. Enjoy.
