No More Pressure

Well, the pressure to write an entry every day is now gone. It's sad that I made it through a week of having no computer, yet still was able to come up with an entry. I was just so tired from the trip (and not letting myself take a nap) that I fell asleep sitting in my desk chair. I'm not really sure when I fell asleep, but I would put the time somewhere before seven (which is when I think I moved to the bed.) I slept like a rock until my alarm, which luckily was still set from the night before, woke me up a little after six.

In case you were wondering how my Monday/Tuesday went, they were fairly similar. I did the OR thing in the morning, followed by trim work into the afternoon. My case this morning was canceled so it made for a quick day in the OR and a longer day in the trim.

My trim bosses told me today that they were giving me a raise. Which is cool. It gives me a little more incentive to keep working for them in my spare time. I'll still make way more in my other job, even before you include benefits. But every little bit helps. That will be my tool fund.

Speaking of tools..I'm still waiting on my tax refund. We'll see how much I can afford to buy after that. Unfortunately, I'll be getting that right after the middle of the month, which is when all of my bills are due. Including that big orange Jeep in the driveway. Of course I'll likely be putting all the tools on the credit card, so I guess it's all irrelevant. I won't owe anything until the end of May (which is when the tax on the Jeep is due :) )
